| Overview of Department Exciting opportunities exist for the position of IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Sales Support based in our Aztec West Business Park on the outskirts of Bristol, so you won’t have the city traffic to contend with. About The Role For an ambitious team player already studying for the CFP exams and with experience in the financial industry, this is a rare opportunity to take on a sales support role that will see you playing a vital part in our sales consultancy offering. Customer-focussed and an excellent relationship builder, you’ll work closely with our IFA Sales Consultants, providing the exceptional sales and marketing support they need to maximise sales opportunities. It will mean preparing quotations and other paperwork, basically making yourself invaluable to the team. Excited by the prospect of working for a market leader, this is a chance to really put your industry knowledge to use and develop your product and technical knowledge while you’re at it. It’ll give you an exposure to the industry you’d be hard pressed to find in your average support role. Key Responsibilities • Providing quality Sales and Marketing support • Developing and maintaining productive and effective business relationships with IFAs and consultants • Preparing and despatching quotations, associated documentation and renewal packs • Developing and maintaining product, technical and compliance knowledge Experience, Skills & Qualifications • Certificate of Financial Planning (formerly FPC) • Proven sales support experience • Proactive approach • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Ability to work effectively within a team environment • Ability to resolve issues in a customer focused manner To apply for this role Click the Apply Button Below to visit www.norwichunion.jobs/specialist and search under reference JOB33199. |
