| An exciting opportunity has arisen for a continuous improvement manager to join the team in this reputable manufacturing company based in Bridgewater. The objectives of this role are: Consistent delivery of line performance targets and objectives. Process/asset standards which reflects best operating practices. Information systems that accurately define process/asset conditions/performance. A highly motivated self disciplined team working to consistent, high standards. Teams well informed and can relate to what is going on in the business. Effective working relationships within their team and accross other teams. Continuing development of people to achieve their maximum contribution to the process. Establish and maintain site standards around behaviour, attendance and H&S. Plan to maximise asset Uptime through lean principles. Plan to reduce process waste streams Actively lead site World Class Manufacturing programme.
