| Construction Senior Site Manager - Bristol £40,000 + £5000car + benefits+ incentives Our client is a national contractor specialising in new build and refurb schemes ranging from £2m-£15 million all across the country. They are currently looking to strengthen their already established Bristol team with an experienced and driven Senior Site Manager to take charge of a £2 million Newbuild Healthcare project in Bristol. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day running of this prestigious newbuild from conception to completion. You will be in charge of Sub Contractors and procurement of materials and plant. This client will actively encourage you to develop your skills and progress quickly into Project Management. You will need to be experienced in all aspects of site management including client liaison, Health and Safety and management of labour. You will also need to hold all the relevant tickets and ideally have a construction related qualification; however this is not essential. You will aready be working for a similar sized contractor and have experience in working on projects ranging from £2 million to £6 million. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package which includes pension scheme, Healthcare plus other bonus incentives.
