Full Description:
Environment &/or Health & Safety Legal Specialist

Dependent on experience and background your responsibilities may include:
· Running prosecutions and defences for clients
· Giving advice to corporate bodies
· Environmental health and safety support to our Corporate Department
· Providing an advisory service to clients on regulatory matters

Competencies
· Excellent communication skills
· PC literate

Experience
We are interested in hearing from solicitors with litigation and regulatory experience, a background in criminal prosecution/defence matters and an interest in Health and Safety; or qualified and experienced Health and Safety Practitioners, who may not necessarily be qualified in law.
