| Responsible to the Operations Manager and incharge of a team of Guest Service Assistants, your role will be varied and diverse with no two days the same. Great customer sevice skills and bags of enthusiasm are a must! You will be expected to maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team.
