Construction Project Manager. Cornwall. £45,000 - £46,000 + Benefits + Car + bonus

Our client is a highly respected National Contractor specialising in high profile Educational, Commercial and Leisure projects all over the UK. They are currently experiencing huge success in these departments and currently require a Project Manager to head up their new, high spec £6 million apartment new build project.

You will be responsible for the day to day management and leading of this scheme, as well as overseeing and Sub contracting of your site and Client / Architect / Engineer liaisons and meetings. You will report to the Contracts Manager.

You will already be working for a similar sized company; ideally in a similar role. You will hold all of the relevant tickets and have a proven track record in delivering your previous sites on time and to budget where possible and have experience in Project Managing sites over £5 million in value.
