| Our clients a leading national recruitment agency have a requirement for a Recruitment Manager to be based onsite at one of their clients offices in Bristol. Previous experience dealing with onsite recruitment is ideal however our clients will also consider applicants from a permanent recruitment background if they have had a lot of client contact Overall purpose of the role The recruitment manager will be the main point of contact and be responsible for all the recruitment activity within their respective area and site. The role will involve consulting with the client in order to ascertain and deliver an appropriate and timely recruitment solution to the Clients recruitment requirements. The recruitment manager will tailor recruitment processes and procedures for the Clients individual requirements. They will formulate the most appropriate recruitment method, attraction strategy and assessment criteria and ensure excellence in service delivery. The role will also involve communication with the appointed advertising agency to design and implement recruitment advertising campaigns. The recruitment manager has responsibility for providing a timely and cost efficient service to the client. Duties and Responsibilities - To act as the main point of contact for all recruitment activity within the specified departments/divisions/areas and site - To consult with the client in order to provide advice on attraction strategies - To advise the client on the most appropriate selection methods for both CSR and Specialism recruitment - To consult with the client to identify job description and person specifications - To provide a tailored recruitment process for each of the clients recruitment requirements - To brief the advertising agency on design and recruitment needs for an advertising campaign - Produce weekly and monthly reports to show financials, source, pipeline etc - To use competency frameworks and design appropriate selection tools to assist with recruitment - To share and implement 'best practice' recruitment across the Clients departments/divisions/areas - To act as the main point of contact for all suppliers for respective recruitment campaigns - To manage the onsite team and ensure are hitting SLA requirements to the business - To liaise with suppliers - To manage the offer process for all vacancies -To assist with redeployment by consulting on both internal and external opportunities Skills and Experience Required - Proven permanent recruitment experience - Experience of advising on recruitment and selection strategies - Experience of working within and designing competency frameworks - Experience of working within an on-site role or had considerable client contact. - Understanding of recruitment business and associated processes - Prior management of volume permanent recruitment - Experience of dealing with multiple recruitment agencies - Experience of managing staff Salary: Basic £20,000-£27,000pa OTE: £30,000-£35,000 - This is not a sales role and OTE is based on meeting SLA targets |
