| Due to a recent restructuring our clients are looking for an Account Executive. Your role to develop and maintain accounts within an allocated portfolio and to provide administrative support to the Sales Manager with the preparation of material for visits, and provision of sales stats etc The role will be split 50/50 Admin/Sales Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer the allocated portfolio in support of the Sales Manager Assist the Sales Managers to meet portfolio targets through strong team work To grow the portfolio through outgoing, proactive telesales calls - only targeted for 2 hrs per day Manage customer relationships to maximise profitable growth of the business Effectively utilise all appropriate sources of management information to monitor business performance and identify actions for improvement Attend internal and external meetings to sell the range of products and services Initiate and maintain effective communication on issues that impact on business performance, to ensure the sharing of best practice and key information Support the Sales Managers in visits, through preparation of presentation material, and samples ensuring all action points are followed through Initiate the Sample Request process, where bespoke products are required. Monitor and review the areas performance Qualifications / Experience Previous outbound telesales experience with good customer service skills Competent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Power point Driving Licence Benefits Contributory Pension Scheme AIG Discounts Free car parking Onsite break-out areas with drinks and snack facilities Discounted membership fees to four local gyms 25 days holidays Due to the location of our clients offices it is advised that you should have you own transport |
