With a carefully selected network of specialist bathroom retailers, they offer the perfect combination of stylish products and exceptional face-to-face customer service.
They now have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Adviser to join their busy Customer Service / Technical Department in Bristol for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be required to respond to customer telephone queries regarding products, installation and spare parts related issues for their range of products. You must liaise with customers, installers and end users over technical and customer issues; logging and managing escalated customer issues on to IFS database and following to completion. You will complete and maintain accurate customer records and technical information sheets for internal use and distribution.
They are looking for candidates with previous experience in a customer facing or customer service environment who possess an understanding of the plumbing / bathroom installation trade. With a professional, courteous and confident telephone manner, you will have the ability to remain calm and polite whilst working in a fast paced environment. Candidates must be competent in Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel to enable simultaneous use of the telephone and PC. Specific software training will be provided.
Hours of work are 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8:45am and 5:00pm.
