Liberata UK is looking to recruit an experienced HR & Payroll Manager.  This is an excellent role for someone who can implement and drive change through the Service whilst motivating the staff to adopt the new processes and influence the way of working to meet changing needs.

Assuming operational responsibility for the HR transactional & Payroll Services provided on behalf of North Somerset Council you will have experience of managing computerised financial systems and handling large volumes of data.

HR / Payroll

You will have extensive and detailed knowledge of legislation affecting payment of salaries for both Local Government and Teaching staff and have a strong background of finance and accounts. You will have knowledge of both the Teachers Pension Scheme and the Local Government Pension Scheme employer responsibilities.

Candidates must have extensive and demonstrable experience in HR and Payroll at a senior level; proven people management experience; an analytical approach to problem solving and must be able to effectively lead and manage a team. 

With excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills you’ll be customer focused and be able to establish good working relationships with internal and external customers.
