Job Specification:
5+ years practical web programming experience using the following languages/platforms:
C#
ASP.NET (version 2.0 and above)
HTML/CSS
XML
ASP 3.0
jQuery (or similar libraries)
3+ years relevant experience of
SQL Server 2005 and 2008 database design and configuration
IIS6 and IIS7 configuration
SharePoint 2010 enterprise content management and search
Be able to provide examples of projects that demonstrate:
Integration using SOAP and WCF web services
Use of best practice development techniques and design patterns
Confidence using Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010 with Team Foundation Server
Use of ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework
Knowledge of internet security principles
Ideally have experience in:
BizTalk 2009
Dynamics CRM 4 and 2011
General Windows Server 2003/2008 and networking knowledge
Performance troubleshooting
Be equally comfortable:
Working as an individual Analyst Developer on small discrete solutions
Contributing as part of a project team on large solutions
Providing second line support for existing in-house ASP 3.0 and ASP.NET applications
Providing second line support for 3rd party IIS-hosted web applications

Anticipated Length of Assignment: All of our roles are designated temporary, though in practice we find that the vast majority of them get extended on a multiple/long term basis. This one is expected to be for 2-3 months, initially.
Hours per week: 35-37 (tbc) Monday – Friday, normal working hours
